CYBERGENETIQUE
The body as an accessory
The body as an accessory
CYBERGENETIQUE consists of a website and a book exploring the rise of transhumanism and a speculative future shaped
by technological human enhancement. The website presents a society in which advanced prosthetics can be easily purchased online, normalizing bodily augmentation as a consumer product.
The book unfolds as a fictional court case told across six chapters. A woman who purchased new legs with her husband
is sued following their divorce: having contributed financially, he demands that her prosthetic legs be reclaimed during the division of assets.
The visual identity relies on a minimalist color palette punctuated by a bright, modern neon yellow and blueprint blue. A monospaced typeface reinforces the digital, technological tone of the project.
